Mya Lacarte is a 50 cover British produce restaurant with changing seasonal menus.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie hungry to succeed and excel in their job. You will be working on all sections within a brigade of 5 chefs cooking for up to 50 covers.

The right candidate MUST be comfortable in running their own section during busy services and be a strong cook with previous experience from similar environments. The candidate will be a highly motivated and passionate individual with a great eye for detail.

Ideally we are looking for a Chef De Partie who has a passion for British produce and understands the importance of eating seasonally.
